Framing & mounting
Print only
For print only, dimensions remain the same but a white boarder
is added to allow for individual framing, reducing the size
of the image area. Un-mounted prints will not have a protective
seal.
Panel Mounted
The photographic print is mounted onto a 12 mm thick panel and
coated with a matt protective seal. When the panel is hung using
the battens provided the panel floats 12 mm off the surface
of the wall. Edges of the panel are painted either white or
black depending on the photograph.
Panel Mounted & Framed
Using a traditional framing method the photograph appears to
float within its frame. Each solid Oak frame is 47 mm deep with
a front facing edge of 10 mm, the panel mounted photograph sits
just below the surface of the frame with a gap of 5 mm around
its perimeter. There is no glass so you have an uninterrupted
view of your print. Each frame is made of solid oak and is available
in three finishes: natural oak, off white wash & black wash.
All finishes are matt.
When purchasing a mounted & framed photograph please choose
the finish you require at checkout ie. natural oak, off white
wash or black wash.
Care of your photographs
All pictures are printed on a matt finish archival paper and
are guaranteed not to fade. Mounted prints have a matt protective
seal to allow for light cleaning, do not apply any liquids,
soaps or cleaning chemicals to the surface as damage may occur.
