UK DELIVERY
We aim to ship the majority of prints within 5-10 days depending upon our suppliers. The printing of photographic orders is subject to handling times and processing.

AVAILABILITY
During busy periods we may sell out of certain work within the collection. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you and refund you via Paypal within 48 hours or, where feasible offer an alternative.

PAYMENT
Credit or Debit cards also PayPal accounts are excepted. All transactions are processed via PayPal in pounds sterling using their secure facilities.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Overseas shipments may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges must be borne at the customer expense. In-stilllife has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. We are unable to offer refunds or returns on any overseas goods.

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
We are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery of any order made after the 11th December.

ARCHIVAL PRINTS
Unless specified all of our editioned archival prints are litejet prints using Fuji Archival photographic paper.

RETURNS
Product may be returned if you notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of product. Products must be returned undamaged and in the state in which they were sent. You are responsible for ensuring correct packing of the product and using appropriate postal and recorded delivery methods with relevant insurance cover in place. In-Stilllife is not responsible for the loss or damage of any returned product. Upon satisfactory receipt of the returned goods we will refund your payment within 7 days minus the costs of initial shipping and packing charges.

Please note for orders over £900.00 and notifications later than 7 days of receipt of product, we reserve the right to issue a credit note to the value of the items purchased instead of a complete refund.

DAMAGE
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact Royal Mail who will be repsonsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim. Do not return the damaged product to In-Stilllife, notify us immediately and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Tel. 07710 661 793

We have taken great care in describing and reproducing the items in the printed catalogue and Web site, but slight variations in colour and detail of items may occur due to the limit's of printing technology and individual computer screen settings. In-stilllife's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by In-stilllife to the customer.
